By using OrgChart Builder, you agree to these terms.
OrgChart Builder is a tool for building org charts and hierarchies — boxes, reporting lines, notes, and (with Pro) contact details, certifications, and shift schedules. It's a planning and record-keeping tool, not HR, legal, or compliance software.
Everything you enter is stored on your device (see Privacy Policy for the full picture, including optional sync). We don't have a copy of it unless you turn sync on with your own Supabase project, so we can't recover locally-stored data if you lose your device — export a JSON backup if a chart matters to you.
OrgChart Builder doesn't verify names, titles, contact details, or any other information you enter — it's only as accurate as what you type in. Don't rely on it as an official HR record or a substitute for your organization's system of record.
Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks contact details, certifications, shift schedules, and other advanced features. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Because Pro is delivered instantly as a license key upon payment, purchases are generally final; if something goes wrong with delivery, contact us and we'll sort it out.
If you turn on sync or a webhook, you're sending your chart data to infrastructure you set up and control (your own Supabase project, or a URL you choose) — we have no visibility into or responsibility for that traffic once it leaves the app.
This app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and working but make no guarantee it's complete, current, or error-free for your specific use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrgChart Builder is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally-stored data.
We may update these terms or the app at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
